Operations Consultant m/f/d - Capital Excellence
We´re looking for a skilled Capital Excellence Consultant to join one of the world´s leading management consultancies.
The Capital Excellence service line is part of the Operations Practice, providing clients with support and advising their management teams on strategic and operational questions relating to large construction projects.
What you´ll doYou will carry out lean construction project implementations and capability building. As part of this, you’ll develop short- and long-term capability-building plans for all relevant levels of client leadership and the firms´ client service teams, with anticipated deliverables, outcomes, and required resources.
You will also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. You will receive exceptional training, frequent coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders on your teams.
Qualifications- Master’s degree and exceptional academics required
- Broad experience in a capital excellence topic (e.g., Capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction)
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on longer, international assignments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language
